Generate input fields based on user request

    Hi there!

    I was wondering if there is any way to create a “add more” button on the form page and when the button is created to generate 1, 2, x, more fields.

    I’m using the form to generate a tracking notice, and the tracking codes are sometimes more than 1 field so I would like to generate more fields based on the user needs.
