General Slowness

Hi,
I am new to WordPress and I recently built a site for a company. They are happy with it, but for my standards it’s way to slow.

If anyone can give me some help, I would appreciate it. I have disabled as many plugins as possible.

I am using the a child theme of Vantage.

I know it’s a much too long URL, but they insisted on it.
