General settings > wp system email submit and receive problem

Hi support team,

I have the problem, after migration to new server with cPanel software in use, I am not receiving any system email any more.

I try to change my email address within settings > general and get informed
“There is a pending change of the admin e-mail to – my new email address”

But this email is not is spam folder or found anywhere.

I also tried it with an other wordpress installation, with same problem of no emails are sent.

May there is a missing php function in need to be activate from hosting provider?

Any help would be appreciated.
