    General settings not saving

    What I am trying to configure
    Just trying to install and setup the plugin for testing on our staging site What I already tried

    I have entered the SiteKey and Secret in the General settings tab many times. Click save, everything looks fine, but when I refresh the page, all the settings are blank/back to default. When I try to view the hCaptcha on the checkout screen, it shows the 'This hCaptcha is for testing only…' message.

    Additional details
    This is our staging site, trying to test the plugin and hCaptcha to install in Production. The values on the other tabs seems to remain and save, it's just the values on the General Settings tab that are not staying.

    Hi @wmcorrigan,

    Your System Info shows that the plugin is still using Mode: test:publisher. In this mode, predefined test keys are used, so the “This hCaptcha is for testing only” message is expected.To configure live credentials:Set Mode to Live.Enter the Site Key and Secret Key.Complete the Active hCaptcha to Check Site Config.Click Check and wait for: “Site config is valid. Save your changes.”Click Save Changes.When credentials are changed, Save Changes intentionally does not save them until the configuration check has passed. If the active hCaptcha has not been completed, the plugin displays a message asking you to complete it, and the previous settings remain unchanged.Please try these steps and let us know the exact message shown after clicking Check if the issue continues.

    It seems to be resolved now. I was changing the mode to Live, it’s the only way I could enter the Key and Secret. I must not have been doing the validation properly.
