    Hello @webreneszansz,

generally, if those fields are not filled, and a shortcode is in use, they will end up empty. So you shouldn’t use something personal like “Dear”, to avoid those cases. Better to use an impersonal salutation like “Hello” or “Greetings” that won’t necessarily something after.

    Hi,
I know, this default behaviour of the plugin, but from online marketin point of view, it would be very important to send personalized emails.
Honestly, I thing, it should be some misunderstanding, since it is a very basic function and expectation to setup default recipient name, for empty name fields.
I hope, there is some setup possibility for this, either in the shortcodes or in the plugin menu.
    Thank you very much.

    Hello,

at the moment there’s no way of adding this using plugin options. I’ve let our developers know so we might consider adding this in the future.
