General rate N/A

    I have a problem with automatically assigning rate to the user. I have it set to 20. Nevertheless, upon registration the user gets the N / A rate instead of 20%. Where to find a solution to this problem? Thank you in advance,

    Hi there,

    hope you are doing well! 🙂

    The affiliate rate column shows N/A since the affiliate doesn’t have an individual rate. Unfortunately, this feature is not possible in this plugin version.

    You can set the general rate in YITH > Affiliates > Settings > Commissions > General Rate.
