general and IP help

Hi

Unfortunately for me the company that built my site for me folded at the end of last week, since then I have been trying to work through several problems that have appeared since their closing. I wouldn’t mind but I paid for the site and its not totally working

I can and do have access to the wordpress.org dashboard and admin section which is a great help, however and this is throwing me, (oh and I’m not good with computers at the best of time) I accessed my host and renamed the directory just to see if it was hosted on there as I was told, but the site is still live, so I don’t think its on my host, though I did also check the name servers and its pointed to our host.

The biggest issue I now have is our woocommerce/sagepay requires a valid approved IP address, which I’d expect to be our site on our host, but as the site isn’t there the IP is invalid.

So can anyone help advise me on where to look for our site, where I can find a valid IP address that points to the site, preferably without telling me I need to pay another person/company to sort the first ones C ups out.

Hopefully I’ll also understand the answers and replies so can stat sorting this mess out
