You have selected “Explicit consent”, which means that the dialog will keep appearing until the user accepts/declines the cookies. But without implementing the prior consent you won’t be compliant to GDPR.
You need to find out which scripts are setting these cookies and add prior consent to them. You can follow step 3 here for implementing prior consent:

Hi,
sorry but in my cookiebot profile, in the “reports” section the last of 09/07 tells me that cookies are adequate and does not give me the cookies that instead I receive in the email if I ask to verify the site.

Hi @danielammirati,
The public compliance test you are using from the front page of our website, does not consider your actual configuration in Cookiebot. This is because Cookiebot do not provide your settings to the public and therefore the compliance test scanner will not be informed that you have made these manual classifications.
If you have made the necessary changes in your Cookiebot configuration, those will apply to your website, no matter what the public test states.
