    Hi @prcm777 ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    Smart Coupons does not collect or store any personal user data on external servers. All data (coupon codes, usage limits, restrictions, etc.) is stored locally in your WordPress database, similar to how WooCommerce handles standard coupons. The plugin does not track users or share any data with third parties.

    The only outbound request is an optional deactivation feedback submission, sent only if a site administrator chooses to provide feedback. It contains only environment information and no customer or personal data.
