Gave Up

I installed and followed all the settings for the free version — if we were happy we would get the paid subscription. But, even though the plugin built-in checks for settings were successful; messages to new subscribers were sent and allowed subscribers to register; messages to the administrator were sent, it could never send the messages to the list. Sent messages to the list got stuck in the domain mailbox and stayed there. We could not resolve after 2 hours. It advertises free community support forums, but they are only available for paid plugin users.
