    I installed the gateway add-on. However, mycred points as a payment method still not found on checkout page.

    Your ticket system on your site is very troublesome and not easy to use. I don’t know whether I have submitted ticket or not and I couldn’t locate my submitted ticket at all!

    Hi @wpbetsy,

    We understand your concerns but this is the best way many users are contacting us and we also have them organized in a proper manner. Also note if you can’t locate your tickets then contact our support team at support@mycred.me and they will locate your tickets in our system.

    For your question the answer is that if you want to make the whole store point based then change your store currency to any point type you want by going to wp-admin->woocommerce->settings

    Also note that after activating the gateway addon you will have to setup the gateway by going to wp-admin->woocommerce->settings->payments->myCred gateway there you will setup the point type from which you want to pay the order total amount and also the exchange rate. If for some reason the gateway is not showing there then your user might not have the specific point type balance to pay for the order.
