Gallery Thumbnails NOT Cropped

Hi there,

the site I’m working on is: http://www.calverdesigns.com/alfredo

In the thumbnail galleries the images are cropped. I need these images to be the whole image just a small version in the thumbnail view.

Is this possible at all?
