Hello,

suddendly the gallery doesn’t work and I can’t find why.

WordPress 4.5.3, NGG latest version

http://www.huddle.org/2016/06/ventidue-divise-nfl-modalita-nba/ (if you try to go to next image you will be redirect to home page)

In the post area now I have a warning image –> http://www.huddle.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Modifica-articolo-‹-Huddle-Magazine-—-WordPress.png

In the gallery page the images disappeared, but the counter is correct as you can see in the bottom right of the picture (on the server everything is in the right folder) –> http://www.huddle.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Gestisci-Galleria-‹-Huddle-Magazine-—-WordPress.png

I disabled all the plugin, nothing change. I rollback with older version (up to 2.1.43), nothing change.

Do you have some suggestions?

Thanks in advance

Giovanni

@johnhooks – The exclamation mark in red triangle generally does point to no gallery being selected for the inserted display. This can be caused by a few different things but usually it has to do with caching and/or database optimization plugins.

Once the gallery reference has been “removed” you will need to re-select it and re-save the inserted gallery. You may also need to clear the image cache under Gallery > Other Options > Miscellaneous as well.

Another thing to try, although it may still require re-selecting the galleries, etc. is to use the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options.

Thanks!

– Cais.

I followed your instructions and something change, now I have back the pictures in the gallery page (http://www.huddle.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Gestisci-Galleria-‹-Huddle-Magazine-—-WordPress-1.png)

But the other problems (exclamation mark and display on the web) remains.

This the list of the plugin I have active > http://www.huddle.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Plugin-‹-Huddle-Magazine-2—-WordPress.png

Thanks in advance!

@johnhooks – Are you using the Visual Composer when inserting the displays? Have you tried inserting the displays with that not activated and/or via the standard WordPress interface?

Thanks!

– Cais.
