Gallery style not working

This is not the behavior of our plugin. The review images should be shown as you said, one larger image, with option to click into gallery popup, like this: https://nimb.ws/CQ0zWRB

It could be due to a conflict. I would recommend testing for conflicts by taking the following steps: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/ , backup your site content before making any changes, or duplicate the site for testing purposes if you don’t want to interrupt the live site.
