• I have a simple WordPress gallery in a blog post set to link to Media File. But when I click through the images, the same one is displayed – reoriented, new caption, but same image. Oddly, the orientation changes and the caption changes, but the image that is pulled in is the same.
On an old post, the top gallery (three across) shows fine. But the bottom two repeat the images. I updated the plugin.

  • I only see one gallery of three images on that page and they are all different images and when I click on them and scroll thru them, they are all different.

Looks like you solved your issue.

Oh that link only showed the working gallery. This one shows the issue: http://studioforbes.com/andalusia-patterns-and-pata-negra/

But my Macbook (all browsers and all caches cleared) + iPhone (safari cache cleared) still show a repeating image. Whichever one I click on first it repeats though the caption changes.

But no one else can replicate the problem. Seems like either a javascript conflict that my particular system rejects or a caching issue that just browser cache clearing does not help.

Is there a WP cache clearing plugin I should use? Can anyone else see this problem?

And please don’t spam me with service offerings. I am posting to a forum, not seeking paid support for this issue (someone just spammed me).

    Thank you!

interesting, on my mac mini (10.10.5 Safari 8.0.8) i don’t see the problem BUT on my iPhone, I do see the problem. I suspect this is a Safari bug because I’ve seen something like this on another site – in thqat case the first post always seems to retreive the second post’s video – again only in Safari – FireFox and Chrome are fine.
