    Just update the plugin to the latest version, you’re running outdated version on the latest WordPress installation.

    Auto update was enabled on our site but not on our account with GridKit. Once this was resolved, everything works. Tech support has been amazing! This is the second time I’ve contacted them. Thanks so much.
