  • Hello @sancoale,

Mind checking if you have the latest version of NextGEN Gallery installed?
    https://www.imagely.com/wordpress-gallery-plugin/changelog/
    Our latest version is V3.3.17.

Please, keep us posted. We are happy to help.

    Hi, thanks for the update.
I have checked and can confirm that I have the latest version of not only NextGEN Gallery (V 3.3.17), but all the Themes and Plugins.
The Theme I am using is NewsCard Version: 1.2.6 by Theme Horse.
I have tried installing an offline setup using XAMPP, and there it works fine.

    Hi @sancoale,

That was probably caused at the moment you uploaded the galleries, correct?
If that the case, would you mind trying to upload a testing gallery again with at least one photo to see if the problem persists?

Remember to check if the server complains about our minimum requirements
    https://www.imagely.com/docs/requirements/

If the problem persists, you probably need to check for conflicts.
    – Temporarily deactivate all your plugins except NextGen Gallery.
    – Is the problem solved? Then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please check one by one and find the one causing the problem.
    – If the problem is not solved with the deactivation of the plugins, try changing to a standard WordPress theme, it could be a conflict with your current theme.

A full website backup is recommended.
Please keep us posted. We are happy to help!

    Hi,

I created a new Gallery and there is no problem.

The problem is with the older existing Galleries. I will now delete the old galleries and recreate them again.

Thanks for all your suggestions. You can mark this post as resolved.
