Gallery empty after publishing to Live

    When I publish my WordPress site from my local machine to Live the Envira galleries (Lite) are uploaded/imported fine, the images themselves are uploaded to the media library.

    HOWEVER, the galleries are empty. It seems as if the association between gallery and image has been lost somehow in the publish/upload/import of the site.

    Any solutions to this? – I assume this happens to everyone!!!

    I’m guessing if I stump for the paid version I will get an easy import/export option but that’s a bit crap if they force you to pay to make the plugin usable!

    Hey, please be sure to use a plugin that protects serialized data when changing the URLs in your database — WP Migrate DB (available free in the WP plugin repo) works great for this purpose.
