Gallery doesn’t display

    Hi,

    I made a test gallery which works fine inside wordpress. However it doesn’t display on the page, I only see your company icon.

    Any help would be great.

    Hi,

    Please make sure that you use the latest version of the Photo Gallery Plugin (1.4.14). If it is not the latest version, please update and let us know if it helps. Also, please let us know the way are inserting the shortcode into a page. If possible, please provide a screenshot or record.

    The plugin is correct.

    I tried it on a new post and it worked one time. I’m noticing a difference between the inserted html. When it worked it put this:
    [Best_Wordpress_Gallery id="6" gal_title="test"]

    When it doesn’t work, it puts this:
    <img src='http://yinyangtheory.com/cn/wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery/images/icons/gallery-icon.png' class='bwg_shortcode mceItem' title='Best_Wordpress_Gallery id="9" gal_title="test"' />

    I’ve moved to a new page, this is it:
    http://yinyangtheory.com/cn/2018/07/11/test-3/

    It includes 3 non working galleries and one working one. If you could let me know what is wrong I would appreciate it. This is a multisite btw.

    Please note that we are aware of this issue, and our developers are working on fixing this issue. It will be fixed very soon, and you will be able to update the Photo Gallery Plugin.

    Hi,

    Is this fixed yet? I just tested it again (now a week later) and it doesn’t seem to be? Or maybe I did something wrong?

    Thanks for working on this and for the early release offer, that is very generous. I prefer to wait until the plugin is updated and upgrade then.
