    Hello,
    Sorry for the late reply.
In order to set a featured image for a gallery, you must select a featured image for the post which contains your gallery.

    By example:
In WordPress Admin area, go to Gallery, add a gallery, enter a title, upload some photos using WordPress Media Uploader, then select a featured image (from bottom right corner of the page), then publish the post.
You shall see that on frontend, Gallery page, the thumbnail for this gallery will be the one chosen as featured.

I still don’t understand. I create a gallery, I publish it, I’ve got a link to see the content – it works nice. But where does this featured image is supposed to show ? I thought it was for creating albums of galleries -this could be cool 🙂 ?

At the moment, this plugin does not have the capability of having albums within galleries.
All galleries are listed on Gallery page (here you can see the featured images you’ve selected for each gallery). All pictures within a gallery are listed on Gallery single page.

OK. Thank you for your answer 🙂 Wait ! What do you call “Gallery page”. It’s a page containing all galleries with featured image ? But how to create it ?
