Hello:

This is a suggestion for upcoming releases.

It would be a very good thing to include in Jetpack some better galleries. For example, a button to let full screen in the presentation gallery.

Another very good feature could be to include a new gallery type like presentation but with thumbnails. Maybe something like this: http://dopdemo.net/previews/?item=thumbnail-gallery-wordpress-plugin

We’ve implemented something similar with the Carousel module. You can read more about it here:
