Fusion Builder does not save changes

    Hello folks,

    when i go into the Side’s menue and want to change something on any side with the fusion builder, it won’t change the settings when i click to update the side.
    For example: I have a column with blog element in there. I want to change the blog settings in the element. I click on save in the blog settings, and click on update the side on the upper right corner on wordpress.
    But it doesnt save the settings i just made in the element.
    How can i fix this?
    I’m sorry for the english and i hope that it’s understandable.
    And i use german wordpress, so i dont know if the correct translation on saving the side is “update”, in german it is “aktualisieren”.

    Hello,

    the blog was just an example.
    It concerns not only the blog element. Nothing works. Rearranging elements, changing settings, everything i do inside Fusion Builder will not save once i clicked “update side”.

    A couple more questions:

    1) Which version of the Fusion plugin are you using? Are all of the plugins and extensions updated to the latest version?

    2) Could you possibly open your web browser’s JavaScript console reply with any errors you see there. These error messages may help us figure out what the problem is.

    Hello,

    i am using version 1.2.2 of Fusion Builder.
    All the “fixes/updates” that could be applied i did a while ago.

    I managed to open the JavaScript Console, but i really dont know where to find these error codes. I am sorry, i’m not very good in computer-things.
    I am using Firefox if this helps you?

    Edit: I dont know if these are the same plugins. I use the Fusion Builder which was included in Avada.

    You are correct, these are not the same plugin. Please contact Avada for support with their Fusion Builder.
