Looking at your other post (where you posted the code again when you really shouldnt, but that’s another story…)
That code is valid PHP code. It’s been compiled and obfuscated using the Ioncude encoder. Who ever has developed that file doesn’t want it to be changed/copied/whatever so they’ve done that to make sure that you can’t see what it’s doing, but it will still work as it’s intended to.
If it was me I’d go back and complain from who ever you bought this form (it’s obvious that it’s a commercial script because it’s not open-source). It might not do you any good but that’s all that you can do.
