Unfortunately, I disabled the automatic links from pages feature in the plugin options, but they continue to appear in this one, not just in the posts as I selected. They appear in the archive pages and in the post preview boxes. I use Elementor for site development. Could this be the cause?

Hi @valvand. Thanks for using TaxoPress.

Do you still have the “Posts” option checked and do the Auto Links go away if you uncheck that box?

There may be something unusual about the way your theme is built. For example, you have an archive for your Pages?
