Full width header Featured Area size is inconsistent

  • Hi,

    1. The header image I’m uploading for the home page is not showing up full width even though I moved the slider in the settings to “on” for “full width”.

    2. The Featured area size is different for each of the 3 featured areas. The images are of exactly the same size.

The link to the site is Talking Street

    Please help.

    Thanks,
    Maheima.

  • Hi,

    1. Please help on this. Am unable to get the slider / header images to be full width as shown in your theme preview. I checked the html and css code and found that in the html, the width has been set to 1349px in the minamaze theme preview while it shows as 990px for my site. How do I change it for my site? Also, I hope it will not affect the responsiveness of the site.

    2. Featured area size loads differently every time I change an image. Please tell me how to ensure that it is identical for each of the boxes.

Did you ever get a response to this? I am having the same issue!

I’ve noticed that when you set a background color into the wordpress basic theme settings, it messes up this full width function.

Try removing the background color ?

@robin Labadie : indeed removing the background color enables full width again.
    thx !
