Do you have the latest version installed (we pushed out an update a few hours ago)? If not, please update your slider, because I don’t really have this issue with my latest version.
Also, could you please export your slider: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/408-slider-options#export and send it to me via email to support@nextendweb.com?

Well, I dont have an upgrade notification in my wp dashboard . should I download it again from your website then ?
I also wrote a mail about this problem through your support email when I read some post here that I should since I bought it. Si you will have my question twice…

Yes, I’ve got both of your e-mails – already replied to both of them 🙂 But I’ll write here, too, just in case it would be useful for someone else, too.
I’m sorry, but our plugin’s pro version doesn’t send notifications to the WordPress dashboard, but you can check for them in the Main dashboard of Smart Slider, at the Licensing box, where you entered your license key. Here is a tutorial on how to process an update using the pro version: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/414-update
And here is some help if you would like to do the alternative update: http://doc.smartslider3.com/article/418-wordpress-alternative-update (where you download the latest version from our site, and install it manually)
Also, our software checks for new versions once in every week, and it will notify you about the update in the secondary navigation bar (where the preview, save and cancel buttons are at the slider editor screen) when you are at the Main dashboard.
