Try the following link that has a couple of solutions.

As an aside hostergo seems to install okay on my localhost. Need to delve a little deeper into the problem at BlueHost.
Thanks a ton. I was able to FTP into the server and just deleted the HosterGo pluggin directory. Back up. Any luck getting this to work from the server vs local yet? It seems like it is a great pluggin for what i need. Any other options out there?

I will be working on that later. Will let you know. First I will delete current wordpress installation at site and install a new one. WordPress database holds on to lots of residual data. I could probably clean up the database but it usually gets wierd after doing that.
