FTP option missing in 3.0.12

I can’t seem to find the FTP option in the latest version of 3.0.12. It’s not one of the options under the General tab. It has worked in previous versions, because I can still see the backups from previous versions of Backwpup on my FTP server. Any idea why this is happening?
