    Hello,
I need to fix an error (500 Internal Server Error) on my website. As I understood one of the best way to do it is to upload files through FTP. Now I need to log in to FTP (FileZilla). How can I get credential information? I tried to use the one that use for admin dashboard but it doesn’t work. I am using WordPress hosting.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You’ll need to get those credentials from your web host which may be WordPress dot com.

WordPress dot com is a separate company from us here at WordPress dot org and we don’t do any web hosting here.

I think this might actually be the first time I’ve heard of a 500 error on WordPress dot com. You might want to talk with support there and see if they can help you as 500 errors are usually caused by the server capabilities and resources. You might need to upgrade or something.

    Hope this helps.
