    Hi Guys

    Quite a newbie, downloaded the free FS contact form and all looks ok and I am reasonable sure it working, however the ‘refresh image’ button is over the ‘captcha code text’ and I an’t seem how to align it in the plugins ‘styles tab’. I see from the plugin website contact form the ‘refresh image’ should be to the right of the ‘Captcha Image’ also the captcha input field could do with being a little bit longer, where do I do that?

    Hi Limpopoboy, I have checked the URL above in different browsers using my laptop running Windows 7 and in all the browsers it displayed correctly.

    Browsers tested

    1. FireFox = 29.0.1
    2. Google Chrome = 34.0.1847.131
    3. Seamonkey = 2.26
    4. Internet Explorer = 11.0.966.17041

    What operating system are you running? What browsers have you used to test your website?

    Thanks for quick reply, I am using Chrome 34.0.1847.131 m on windows 7 professional.

    Is it possible to send me a screen shot of what you see? I only looked at the plugin websites format to see how it is supposed looked. I have managed to move the refresh button but the layout is still not to my liking and as I said the Captcha input field needs enlarging.

    I would like to have it as you have on your plugin site contact form

    Hi Limpopoboy, the only difference between your contact refresh button and the plugins website is as follow.

    On your website the refresh button sits below the captcha image and on the plugins website the refresh button sites on the right hand side. My question is are you trying to have the refresh button sit on the right hand side of the captcha image just like the plugin website?

    Yes correct I prefer it like that and to enlarge the captcha input field so you can see all the letters/numbers at once when inputting them not loose one or two when inputting because the box is to small.

    Hi, can you let me know what have you set up for the following?

    Under Style >> which one have you selected?

    1. Reset the alignment styles to labels on top (default, recommended)
    2. Reset the alignment styles to labels on left (sometimes less compatible)

    And for the following Captcha text area adjust the following….>> Style of labels, field inputs, buttons, and text:….>>…Input text field CAPTCHA: increase the value of 55px to a higher number.

    Your form style is based on your theme.

    I don’t have anything under ‘styles’ tab that says field inputs, buttons, and text:….>>…Input text field CAPTCHA

    clear div
    Field left Div
    Field Follow Div
    Field Pre Follow Div
    input labels alignment
    input fields alignment
    small captcha div
    large captcha div

    Hi Limpopoboy, can you check option 1 and see if that works. If not then check option 2 and see if that works.

    For the following……..>>…Input text field CAPTCHA: increase the value of 55px to a higher number.(did you increase the number)

    Nothing changes with options 1 or 2 checked. As I said above where do I change value? I don’t have the field ‘Input text field CAPTCHA’ to change so I cant change the 55 pix to larger value. These are the fields I have

    left box div
    right box div
    clear div
    Field left Div

    Field Pre Follow Div

    large captcha div

    captcha reload
    submit Div
    Form field set box

    Hi Limpopoboy, have a look at the following URL and check Step 4. Do you see that in your website? What version of the contact form do you have installed?

    I have version 4.0.18 installed and its not like that shown in step 4 you advised. Or am I missing something. Can I send you a screen shot?
