Do you have this issue on a default theme (unedited) with all plugins deactivated?

Have you checked for JS errors?

Or enabled debug?

Or tried another browser?

No issue when default theme applied and plugins deactivated.

If that’s the case then it’s highly likely that one of your plugins is throwing a JavaScript error. In order to find out which, you will have to activate your plugins one by one.

That plugins appears to be quite outdated –

Best option would be to find another plugin.
