Frontend user image upload blocked

    I run a member ite (based on MetaBox). Members can only access the frontend of the site and they can upload a user image that will be used as their avatar.
    It took me quite some time (because it worked before) until I noticed that it’s NinjaFirewall that’s not allowing the image to be saved.
    I think the the log entry is this:
    POST /wp-admin/async-upload.php – File upload detected, no action taken

    What can I do to allow it?
    As soon as I disable the firewall, uploading and saving the file works fine.
    if I can’t get this resolved, I’d have to substitute the plugin.

    Check again the firewall log to find the right message showing why it was blocked. The one you posted (...File upload detected, no action taken) is informative only and, as it shows, no action was taken.

    There is only that log record at the time I was trying to save the file.

    Were you the admin when you tried to save the file? If you were, could you try to perform the action as a simple user and check again the log?
