Frontend Uploader Plugin Not Working

Hi

I have no coding experience. I am using Proview theme and I have installed Frontend Uploader plugin. I used the shortcode shown on the plugin page:
[fu-upload-form] which I placed on the dashboard/edit page/text/code section. A form appeared on the page. I have uploaded text and images several times to test it. Each time I get an e-mail informing me that a submission has been uploaded to my website. When I go into dashboard media/manage UGC, the text/images are there. When I select reattach to a specific page and/or approve the submission, it never appears on my website, but strange white spots are appearing on the frontend page. I have deactivated/reactivated all plugins but nothing happened. I only got a warning when I deactivated WeReview plugin until I reactivated it. I have deactivated the Frontend Uploader plugin while I try to sort out the problem. This is the page that had the form on:
