Frontend post create custom taxonomy terms

    Hello,

    I’m looking for a way for users to submit a frontend post where 2 fields for the same taxonomy would be possible. One a drop down menu listing all existing terms and if the needed term is not present – in the next field they should be able to create a new one.

    Would anyone be aware of a way to achieve this? I have used frontend post plugins but only one of the custom taxonomy fields ends up being active & the 2nd does nothing at all.

    Any help greatly appreciated!

    Hi,

    I can recommend you Formidable Forms for front-end post submissions/editing. Its powerful and flexible enough for this.
    You can set up easily what you need with this plugin. One field for example category, second field – add category followed by all others …
