Front Page Reading settings

Hi, I am using WordPress for my own hosted website. I’ve been in the process of writing my “static” pages and will include some blog pages once that is finished. However, I am unable to “see” the Front page displays setting under “Reading Settings.” I have 12 pages written and published, although privately as I am not finished with the content. Any idea what I’ve done wrong here? Thanks in advance!
