    Hi there,

I was wondering if there was a way to have the location dashboard section display on the front end. I have a user management system and profile system that keeps users out of the backend, and was hoping that i could integrate a shortcode to display the checkin box on the front end, limited by profile type. (for admin and editor, but not contributor)

would this be easy to do?

    Hey dpenny17,

it is probably possible to hack something together, but it is not really meant to be used that way at the moment.

I might be able to add that kind of shortcode in an upcoming release. Stay tuned. 🙂

Have you given this some thought?

Or should I try to hack it myself? 🙂

    Sorry for the late reply.

You are welcome to build it yourself. You can get the latest version from GitHub. Pull requests welcome. 🙂

I forked it and worked on it off-github on my site and now it works nicely in the front-end as well 🙂
Will update my github fork when I’ve finished my dev project. A bit of testing still remaining…

    Great plugin 🙂
