Front end entry to a viewable list/database

Hi

I run a rowing club website and I’d like our members to record/schedule when they’re going out on the water. It would need the following fields to record the ‘outing’;

Name, Date, Boat, Crew, Time, Notes

I’d like all the entries to show in a table and allow the user to edit the entry again in the future (e.g. time change), so everyone can see when other people are going out.

I used a plugin called Participant Database but some of my pages started to disappear and I couldn’t pin point the issue.

Any ideas which are free, as we’re just a charity at the end of the day!
