From Thumbnail to Full Image / Lightbox

    Hey guys,
    I am making a Wallpaper Site with wordpress. I was wondering if there was a plugin or something with the functionality of redirecting a person that clicks a thumbnail, directly to the full image and not on the Post page. I want to repeat this with hundreds of images so an easy way is welcome.
    I am not super familiar with PHP but I can handle it.

    So, any ideas? 😛

    PS: I already have a jQuery Lightbox installed. If it could redirect to the lightbox, then it would be much better
