Form not submitting

Hello, I’m having trouble with the plugin not submitting the form – it just comes up with an error each time the form is submitted
 “There was an error trying to send your message, please try again later.”
The previous version works fine with all other plugins updated, but Contact Form 7 stops working once updated to the newest version.
Any help would be appreciated.
