The following should give you what you are looking for:
From: [your-name] <valid-email-address@your-domain.com>
Additional Headers: Reply-to: [your name] <[your email]>
I also have problems with this.
Its stated:
I följande fält, kan du använda dessa mail-taggar: (translated: you can use following tags)
[recipient][your-name][your-email][telefon][your-subject][your-message]
But when i use [recipient] & [your-subject] i get syntax error
Thank you so much, it works great! 😀

@wellnessfight, The OP’s problem was resolved from @buzztone’s reply. If that doesn’t work for you then I’m sorry to say that you don’t have the same problem. If you need further help or want to discuss your issue then always create a new thread: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7#postform
@wellnessfight: Skriv under “Ämne”: Ämne: [your-subject]
Du måste alltså skriva ordet “Ämne” innan du skriver [your-subject]
@wellnessfight : Write at “Subject”: Subject: [your- subject]
You have to write the word “Subject” before you write [your- subject]
Tack @zazarza nu funkar ämnesdelen
Fortfarande problem med [recipient] dock.
Har testat att skriva Till: [recipient] men får fortfarande syntaxfel
@daniellaile – then my inbox looks like this: http://postimg.org/image/mshptb41j/
[your-name] <valid-email-address@your-domain.com>
worked yesterday, but not anymore. 🙁
If you make [your-name] a required field you should see the senders name in your email application.
