Freshdesk not integrating

Hello. I have freshdesk plugin and account but wordpress is not creating tickets in Freshdesk…it seems to not be communicating with it because a confirmation email to the user does get sent stating an order has begun processing. It says error: “unable to create freshbooks invoice, A valid URL was not provided”. New orders just add to the “awaiting orders” area of woocommerce. Any ideas on how to get this working right?
