I checked the link you sent. This is a very unusual issue and not a known problem in WCPT. The plugin could be facing a conflict with another module on your site.
First, please go through the debugging steps on the support page to identify the conflicting module. If this does not help then send me the required site details via the support form and I will be happy to directly look into the issue on your site and help you resolve it.

I deactivated all plugins and changed the theme on the site and it didn’t help. I also tried to make a separate set of rows and columns for mobile, this led to the fact that the products did not load at all and I watched the endless rotation of the animated circle.
I found the source of the problem – TinyMCE Advanced!
The site was temporarily down for maintenance, sorry about that.
