    We were using the free version while developing a site.
    Worked like a charm, but no scheduled runs in the free… So as soon as we went into production, we bought the Pro version…

    But now we have no backup at all since the Pro version is NOT working on our site.

    Opened a ticket with their support.
    They asked for a temp login on our site. But after that NO RESPONSE or resolution at all. I’ll give them another 48hrs to come with a resolution, or a dispute case will be opened with PayPal. If I pay for something, I like to receive something working.

    Waaw… more than 3 weeks after posting…
    An honestly, I have sent you a mail, you replied and you can’t find your own ticket number anymore (960311) ? Great…
    If I even try to handle my clients like this, I’ll have none in a matter of days… I hope I’ll never need to contact you if a serious problem happens during a restore I’m already regretting buying your product with this kind of support, but for the moment is does the job like it should be, that’s the positive note.

    So currently worth like 3 stars of 5… Works but your support needs a serious upgrade.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
