You can set ‘Allow guest bookings’ to no (In settings / bookings / general options)
This will force guests to create an account before they book, this will deter spammers

Yes, there is an option for that: ‘Approval required’ (In settings / bookings / general options)

Is it possible to create regions i.e London, Wales, Scotland etc so events can be listed to specific region
