There is no bug on this feature, I just tested it.
You are talking about “Disable / Enable extra fee if cart amount is greater than this limit.” right ?
I’m suspecting you may have a php timeout error.
Can you please check your error logs and let me know if you find any error referring to our plugin?

Thanks for reply. Basically i meant the free COD at the end of plugin options.
Your plugin works fine but it seems at the end of the page,there is the stock options too with title “Add Extra Charges”. There,
“Threshold amount after which no extra charge is levied. (Set 0 to make extracharge applicable for all amounts)”
if you add 60 euros for example,it doesn’t work.
But i will use your plugin’s option for free COD after some amount (disable extra fee if cart amount is greater than this limit). This one…i missed it before.

This is not produced by our plugin. You probably forgot to disable some other cod plugin?

I did what i wanted, using your plugin’s functions.I have set after 60 euros to make COD free.
As for disabling other COD plugin..i haven’t because i don’t use another COD plugin except woocommerce’s one.If i disable this,it removes completely this gateway.
The point is that i did it with your plugin and there is no need to use other plugin for free COD.
