Forum Problems

Ive just installed the bbpress plugin though the plugins dashboard, ive now created a new page funnily enough called forum how do i get it to display the bbpress forum, im totally lost here im new so go easy on me thanks.

Visit ‘dashboard > Settings > Forums’ and adjust your configuration
