Forum posts not showing when pressed send reply

When someone posts a reply on any of the topics in our forum, the do not appear until some 30 – 45 minutes later. Until recently, the reply was instantly visible.

That sounds like a caching problem. I see you’re using Lightspeed Cache. I recommend asking at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/litespeed-cache#new-post so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
