forum plugin and ads plugin not working

    Help! I installed the ads-plugin, logged in Google, got a code and paste it into the form, saved. But no ads there to see in the url (www.paraguay-infoblog.com). I also installed a wp forum, put some topics in forum, but the forum on page is even not clickable. On dashbord I can see everything, but not on the page.
    Im absolutly new on WP and need an understandable explication. Can some expert help me?
