Forms unstable

Hello,

I have two problems:

1. The forms are unstable. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I have tested them with FF, IE 11 and Chromium and at the moment they seem to work ok. But I get reports that sometimes they don’t (without any information about possible error messages etc.)

2. Sending emails is also working randomly but these two problems are not connected. When sending email fails the forms are saved in the database.
