Forms Larger than 2 MB limit

    Both ‘Fast secure contact form (SI-Contact-Form)’ and ‘CForm2’ plugins are more than 2 MB in size.
    Hence WordPress doesn’t load them on my localhost server (XAMPP)
    Is there a method to do this differently.
